No one likes to discover that they have lost something they love and that is bad enough without the feeling in your stomach that goes with the discovery as well. The sense of loss was so strong and I became so angry and disappointed with myself. I experienced this set of emotions recently, when stupidly I left my beautiful pink iPod Mini on the subway. I obviously should have checked the bag but I really thought the iPod would be lying at the bottom minus headphones. Who knew that when a certain woman and her child came and sat next to me that I would soon not be listening to my iPod anymore that day.

Looking back and remembering what a squirmy child he was that I was sat next to, it soon dawned on me that when he was jumping about and knocked me, he must have also caused the iPod to fall onto the floor. Obviously someone wanted that iPod and so did not feel the need to tell me it was on the floor and stupidly as I did not check my bag, they probably got what they wanted. As I had no music playing at the time it would have been very easy to let me know that the iPod had fallen out of my bag but there was no tap on the shoulder and no shout to warn me!

I cannot actually afford to buy a brand new sparkling iPod Mini at the moment so I am trawling through all the sites I can in order to find a site that is offering cheap Apple iPod Mini’s so that I can block out all the noises on public transport again with my music. Not that I mean to sound unsociable but listening to my music on the way to and from work relaxed me and the thought of having to do it for months on end just does not bear thinking about. I love the fact that I can block out all the noises which I hate, like the chatter that is going on all around from people on their mobiles.

Listening to music on the way to work, helps me concentrate, I do not want to be distracted by all the goings on around me and so like many others choose to slip in my headphones and block out the rest of the world. Therefore finding a store, online or otherwise that offered an Apple iPod Mini Discount was very important to me. My sister is very helpful in the sense that as she loves internet shopping and can often be online for ages, she has been able to find quite a few online stores that offer discounted iPods so that I can afford to buy a new one.
